Notice: Upon check-out, all shipments will default to the UPS system where you may make changes as to how you want your order to be shipped.
We will select the carrier best suited in shipping your order the most economical way possible.

USPS Priority Mail
Avg. delivery time 1-3 business days, including Saturday.
Best choice for fast delivery of small, light orders (under 3 pounds).
*Note: Priority Mail does not provide detailed in-transit tracking information.
If a confirmation is required, a Flat-Rate Price of an additional $5.95 will be added to your order.

Restrictions

Other than these restrictions, we will refund or replace your COMPATIBLE inkjet and toner cartridges for ONE FULL YEAR – RISK FREE. We will refund or replace your Genuine / Original (OEM) inkjet and toner cartridges for up to 60 days
As with all guarantees, your refund will require a receipt number to process for a refund. To offer our FREE replacement, it may require your returning your product in its original box.
In order to receive a replacement or refund on your product, any returned ink product must be returned at least 70% full and in its original box.

As long as your product qualifies, we will refund or replace your product per these terms.

What Does Risk-Free Mean?

Unlike our competitors, we have no hidden costs or objects to go around getting a refund. Just a few simple rules to follow.

  • When you ship your cartridge back to us, enclose a copy of these shipping charges. We will credit your credit card for these charges.
  • If you request a refund, we won’t deduct the cost of “FREE SHIPPING” from the amount of your refund.
    Your receipt required to get a refund.
  • One year risk free guarantee applies only to remanufactured/compatible cartridges. Genuine / Original (OEM) guarantee of only 60 days from receipt

RETURN POLICY
Restrictions


If you wish to return a product you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Send an e-mail to: customerservice@turnersink.com, or call customer service at 800-270-7655.

All requests for an RMA must be submitted within 30 calendar days from your invoice date. An RMA number is valid for 30 calendar days from issue date. Products received by TurnersInk with an expired RMA number will be refused and returned to Customer at Customers expense. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number and all returns must be shipped prepaid via any common carrier (i.e. UPS, Airborne, FedEx). Tracking information is required.

EXCEPTIONS:

For defective product returns or TurnersInk shipping errors, all credit claims (short ships, etc.) must be made no later than 5 working days from the invoice date. TurnersInk will send a call-tag label to you at the time of issuing the RMA. No call-tag labels will be sent after 30 days of purchase. You will have to ship the product at your own expense.

TurnersInk reserves the right to refuse any return that is not 100% complete, in re-saleable condition (packaging has not been damaged or defaced), and includes original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided in the original box.

What if you changed your mind and the Manufacturer's box is unopened?

Unopened non-defective returns being returned for refund, credit or replacement must be completed within 30 calendar days from the invoice date. (all shipping fees will not be refunded). You will be responsible for the return shipping of non-defective products.

What if you changed your mind and the Manufacturer's box is opened?

Opened non-defective returns being returned for credit or replacement are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be completed within 30 calendar days from the invoice date. Items must be in as-new condition, in original packaging with the packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Toner cartridges sealer must be intact and not removed. There will be a $5.00 re-boxing fee for products returned in a damaged box. You will be responsible for the return shipping of non-defective products.
We cannot give credit on any product when either the product or the manufacturer?s boxes have been written on or otherwise marked in any way.

What if the product I received is defective?

We stand by the high quality of our products. All defective products may be returned for a replacement (when available) or a refund. All defective products may be returned within 1-year of purchase date for a replacement or refund. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging.

On all defective items, you will not be charged any re-stocking fees or any additional shipping charges. Upon receiving your request for return, we will schedule a call-tag with Fed-Ex to pick up the defective product and ship you a replacement at no charge to you. We do not send a call-tag after 30 days of purchase.

Cartridges must be at least 70% full at time of receipt to qualify for credit or replacement. Estimated print yields are not a guarantee of minimum life and are not covered under warranty or return policy, but are provided to assist in supplies planning. Actual usage should be used to establish the life of the supply product in each end user's specific application. Many factors, such as print coverage per page, paper type and size, model type and environmental conditions can affect supply life.
